MarineCheck-360 was founded by Rolando Texidor. With more than 30 years of experience in the marine industry, Rolando is a Yacht & Small Craft Surveyor trained at the Chapman School of Seamanship in Stuart, Florida, an ABYC Marine Standards–certified professional, and a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed Merchant Mariner Captain.
